Three Easy Anti-Aging Workouts That Will Keep You Young Forever

Do you wish to stay young and energetic as you become older? Then try these three simple workouts that can keep you youthful and fit. These workouts are appropriate for anyone, whether they are over 40 or not. You'll notice a substantial increase in your energy levels and overall well-being after just 15 repetitions. So, let's get started with these three anti-aging routines and fight against aging!

 

Today we will introduce an easy and excellent workout for everybody. 

 

And if you are over 40, make these workouts a HABIT!

 

Then you will NEVER GROW OLD!!

 

 

 

 

 

1. Open Leg Bridge

 

Stretch first. 

Lie Down and raise your knees,

and spread your legs shoulder-width apart. 

Raise your pelvis diagonally, using your hips and stomach muscles. 

 

Maintain a high hip position, and employ the strength near to your hips. 

Open and close your knees. 

 

Repeat 15 times!!

 

 

2. Cobra Push-Ups. 

 

Turn around and lie on your stomach, with your hands under your shoulders. 

Stretch your elbows. 

 

Maintain a comfortable gap between your shoulders, and your ears. 

Fold and stretch your elbows again.

 

Repeat 15 times!!

3. The Frog Squat. 

 

Spread your feet shoulder-width apart, with your toes pointing outwards. 

Raise your torso and sit with your knees apart. 

Extend both knees as far as they will go. 

 

Move your hips up and down. 

Move your hips as if they were returning to their previous positions. 

 

Repeat 15 times!!
